Cloak of the Sky Father
Description
A heavy blue cloak embroidered with silver eagles and lightning bolts. The fabric moves as if caught in a constant wind, even in still air. Faint static crackles along the hem.
Abilities
Sacred Armor — The cloak grants a sacred bonus to Armor Class. Wearing medium or heavy armor suppresses this bonus.

Wind’s Rebuke — Always active. When a ranged attack would hit you, make a Reflex save vs the attacker’s total attack roll. On success, the attack is deflected. The first deflection each round has no usage cost.
Additional deflections in the same round, or reflecting a deflected attack back at the attacker (using the original to-hit), require a roll of the shared d6 Usage Die:

Storm-Caller — When the Usage Die rolls 1–2 on a Wind’s Rebuke check, lightning arcs from the cloak to the attacker for Xd6 damage, where X equals the cloak’s current sacred AC bonus.
Sky’s Release (d4) — Standard action. Choose one of the following:
- Feather Fall (as the spell)
- Levitate (as the spell, self only, 1 minute)
- Freedom of Movement (1 round)
All usage dice refresh after a night’s rest.
